He also works closely with the LNW trust services team on matters\n pertaining to the firm’s trust companies in Washington State and South Dakota\n and is a member of the South Dakota entity's Board of Directors. An important\n aspect of Brandon’s work is monitoring developments in tax and financial law at\n the federal and state levels to provide LNW colleagues and clients with proactive\n analysis and insights.\n To his work, Brandon brings nearly two decades of legal and wealth management\n experience focused on trust and estate planning. Prior to joining LNW, he was a\n Wealth Strategist at UBS Financial Services in San Francisco and before that, a\n trusts and estate attorney with the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania law firm Williams\n Coulson. He began his legal career with the Charitable Trusts and Foundations\n Division of the Attorney General for Pennsylvania.\n Brandon strives to find estate planning solutions that provide optimal financial\n results and work well for each generation within the family. It is a balancing act to\n which he brings expertise, curiosity and a genuine desire to find solutions that\n withstand the test of time.\n \nDiana Shiner, JD, CTFA\n \nDiana is passionate about developing and implementing comprehensive\n strategies for wealth management that align with the goals of each client\n and their family, including administration of trusts at LNW. Diana utilizes\n her wide-ranging experience in private banking, estate planning and\n settlement, business formation and governance, real estate, and family\n law to tailor sophisticated solutions for individuals and families with\n complex finances and asset holdings.\n Known for her candid communication style and ability to simplify\n intricate concepts, Diana allows clients to explore possibilities which\n result in informed, confident financial decisions.\n Diana’s career spans more than two decades in law, wealth management\n and private banking. Before joining LNW, she was Senior Fiduciary\n Strategist, Senior Vice President at Key Private Bank and legal counsel at\n Cook & Bartlett, PLLC.\n  \n
